Life Legacy Jack E. Wagner, 76, a longtime resident of Fullerton, CA passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at his home surrounded by family. Jack is survived by his son Donald, daughter Tamara, Step children Daniel and Thomas Kelley, Deborah (Kelley) Thompson and Linda (Kelley) Chaffee, 17 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren. Jack was born on September 12, 1940 in Dayton, Ohio to Clarence Wagner and Marion Lucile Wagner. Jack had one older brother, Frank Wagner and sister in law Barbara Wagner. Jack's parent's owned Wagner Variety Store in Bellbrook, OH. Jack attended high school in Dayton, OH. He was an avid athlete playing baseball, basketball and running track. After graduating High School in 1958, Jack moved to California. He joined the Army in 1964 and served until his honorable discharge as a Sergeant First Class on February 16, 1971. Jack worked at Hughes Aircraft in Fullerton, CA for 37 years before retiring at age 55. Jack met his wife Myrna Irene (Cox) Kelley while working at Hughes Aircraft and married in February 1967. The two enjoyed a second home in Big Bear, CA where they spent most every weekend and every summer. Jack was preceded in death by both his parents and his brother Frank as well as his wife Myrna Wagner who passed away on August 31,1985.
